This website is operated and managed by Feedflow, trading under the commercial brand name Bare Wear. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Bare Wear and Feedflow. We offer this website, including all information, tools, e-commerce workflows, and digital services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies, and notices stated here.

1. Agreement to Online Terms

By visiting our site and/or purchasing garments from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Service”, “Terms”), including those additional policies referenced herein or available by hyperlink. These Terms of Service apply unconditionally to all users of the site.

2. Online Store Eligibility

3. Orders and Fulfillment Parameters

• Order Cut-Off Milestone: 8:00 PM EST (New York time). Orders placed after this milestone enter physical preparation queues starting the following business day.
• Processing & Handling Window: 1 to 3 days required for garment quality inspection and packaging.
• Transit / Delivery Time: 4 to 6 business days (Monday to Friday).

4. Modifications to Prices and Services

Prices for our apparel are subject to change without prior notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify, adjust, or discontinue the Service (or any specific capsule collection or item variant) without notice. Bare Wear and Feedflow shall not be held liable to you or to any third party for price shifts, structural suspensions, or discontinuance of services.

5. Billing and Account Credentials

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all transactions completed on our storefront. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address, shipping destination, and payment card details, so that we can process your orders and issue shipping updates smoothly.

6. Prohibited Uses

In addition to other prohibitions set forth in these Terms, you are prohibited from using the platform interface or its contents:

In no event shall Feedflow, Bare Wear, our directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, or suppliers be legally liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages of any kind—including lost profits, lost revenue, lost savings, or data loss—arising from your engagement with the service or any garments procured through this storefront.

8. Governing Law and Legal Jurisdiction

These Terms of Service and any transactional contracts whereby we provide you Services shall be governed, framed, and evaluated exclusively in accordance with the laws of **The Netherlands**. Any disputes or legal claims connected to Bare Wear or Feedflow must be brought forward solely before the competent courts located in the Netherlands.
